As you might have read, the flood gates are open on evictions and foreclosures. Coupled with rumblings of recession, we are facing a time of unprecedented housing upheaval. Housing prices are through the roof but starting to slide as the bubble weakens. That slide will cascade as the foreclosures hit the market. We are looking at large populations who cannot find affordable housing until the market corrects and houses become available again.
